Works conveyed through hearing and sight enable a multifaceted interpretation of the abstract machine known as the face.

When entering the Guanyin Room, a three-part series of performances over three weeks, not a void filled with sounds like the whispering of black tongues, but a space of light created by artificial light sources, humans are illuminated with fear, not awe.
It raises the question, "Does the two-faced nature of human faces confront light and darkness?"
